I can partner with you to devise a game plan to help you get to the next level in your organization.  Leadership coaching is a personal development process.  Whatever your role, through guided questioning, coaching exploration tools and inventories, I can help you create personalized goals to help you achieve your professional objectives within the context of your organization’s values and business goals.  Through self-observation and new behavioral practices, you will discover new ways to lead in your organization.  You’ll find new ways to leverage your strengths and realize greater meaning from your work.  Your organization will find great benefits as well.

All client coaching is tailored to the specific needs of the client.  The following is an example of the process:

Sample Game Plan Process

· Understand your current situation and coaching needs using guided questioning, 360 feedback/interviews, models, and assessments to assess strengths, interests, personality, and values.

· Define the client’s desired future state, including performance and personal goals.

· Identify the client’s strengths and how they can be leveraged in the future.

· Create a development plan, focusing on a client’s desires for improving self-awareness, self-management social awareness and relationship management.

· Identify helpful self-observations and behavioral practices for the client to help arrive at the desired future state.
